Progress and Workout-History
View Your Progress and Workout History
Apex saves completed workout results so you can follow your consistency and see how your training changes over time.
Check today’s progress
Open Home to see a quick overview of your activity. Depending on your current App version, this may include:
push-ups completed today;
your weekly streak;
active challenges; and
a shortcut to start another workout.
Home updates after a completed workout has been saved.
View workout history
Open Apex.
Go to Workouts or Workout history.
Select a completed workout to review its details.
A saved workout may show its date, push-up count, number of sets, duration, and estimated calories.
Understand your streak
Your streak reflects consistent workout activity. To keep it accurate:
finish the workout through the result screen;
make sure the completed session appears in workout history; and
remember that deleting account or workout data may remove related progress.
A streak is a motivational tool, not a measure of health or fitness quality. Rest when you need to.
View achievements
Open Profile, then select Achievements to see the milestones available to your account and those you have completed.
Achievements are based on saved Apex activity. If a recent result does not appear, confirm that the workout was completed and saved successfully.
Estimated values
Calories and similar values are estimates. They can differ from other fitness apps or devices and should not be used for medical or nutrition decisions.
Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, Apex accesses only the categories you authorize for the feature you request. You can review or change access in the Health app or iOS Settings at any time.
Disconnecting Apple Health does not automatically delete information already stored in Apple Health. Manage that information directly in the Health app.
