Manage Your Apex Account and Subscription

Use Profile and Settings to update preferences, manage connected services, review your subscription, sign out, or delete your account.

Apex may offer Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.

  • Use the same sign-in method each time to access the correct account.

  • If you use Sign in with Apple, your account may be connected to an Apple private relay email address.

  • If you use email and forget your password, select Forgot password and follow the verification-code steps.

Never share your password or one-time verification code.

Manage notifications

  1. Open Profile.

  2. Select Settings or Notifications.

  3. Turn available reminders on or off.

If notifications are disabled for the entire App, open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Apex to change permission.

Manage connected services

Open Profile → Settings → Linked accounts to review available account connections. Apple Health permission can also be changed in the Health app or iOS Settings.

Removing a sign-in connection may affect how you access your account. Make sure another supported sign-in method is available before disconnecting one.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Apex subscriptions are processed by Apple.

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select Apex.

  5. Review the plan or choose Cancel Subscription.

Deleting Apex or deleting your Apex account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Sign out

  1. Open Profile → Settings.

  2. Select Log out.

  3. Confirm when asked.

Signing out does not delete your account, saved workout data, or App Store subscription.

Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent and may remove your profile, saved workout history, progress, streaks, achievements, and challenge participation.

  1. Open Profile → Settings.

  2. Select Delete Account.

  3. Review the warning and confirm the request.

  4. Separately cancel any active App Store subscription if you no longer want it to renew.
